Levoni Cooked Cotechino Italian sausage - 1.1lb (PACK OF 8)

Levoni has been synonymous with high quality sausages since 1911. The company uses traditional Italian sausage production methods with careful selection of raw ingredients and expert processing methods. Them premises cover a surface area of 80,000 square maters, that allows them to control the whole process, from slaughtering to distribution. Most of the wares are produced in the factory of Castellucchio, our group's historical head office. 
 
Using a precooked (vacuum-packed) cotechino
Do not open the package.
Keep it in its sealed bag.
Simmer in water.
Place the whole bag in a pot of gently simmering water for 20–30 minutes, as per package instructions.
Open and serve.
Cut open the bag carefully, drain excess gelatin, slice, and serve.
